一般為漢語(yǔ)，可提供英語(yǔ)授課。

四、申請(qǐng)條件
1.非中國(guó)籍公民，身體健康；
2.學(xué)歷和年齡要求：來(lái)華攻讀博士學(xué)位者，須具有碩士學(xué)位，年齡不超過(guò)40歲；
3.漢語(yǔ)授課：申請(qǐng)者漢語(yǔ)水平需達(dá)到HSK4級(jí)210分以上水平；
4.英語(yǔ)授課：對(duì)申請(qǐng)者漢語(yǔ)水平不作要求,母語(yǔ)為非英語(yǔ)國(guó)家的申請(qǐng)者TOEFL 成績(jī)不低于85分或 IELTS 成績(jī)不低于 6.0分。
五、申請(qǐng)流程
1.登錄“中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金來(lái)華留學(xué)管理信息系統(tǒng)”（登錄http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina或 http://www.campuschina.org 后，點(diǎn)擊“網(wǎng)上報(bào)名學(xué)生入口”圖標(biāo)進(jìn)入）填寫(xiě)申請(qǐng)信息，在線(xiàn)提交并打印《中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)表》。
2.登錄“河北工業(yè)大學(xué)來(lái)華留學(xué)網(wǎng)上報(bào)名系統(tǒng)”（登錄https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do后，點(diǎn)擊注冊(cè)）填寫(xiě)申請(qǐng)信息，完成網(wǎng)上報(bào)名。
3.在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)將申請(qǐng)材料提交至河北工業(yè)大學(xué)。
六、申請(qǐng)材料（均為一式兩份）
1.《中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)表》（中文或英文）；
2.經(jīng)過(guò)公證的最高學(xué)歷證明。如申請(qǐng)人為在校學(xué)生，須另外提交本人就讀學(xué)校出具的在學(xué)證明。中英文以外文本須附經(jīng)公證的中文或英文的譯文；
3.學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)單。中英文以外文本須附經(jīng)公證的中文或英文的譯文；
4.來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)和研究計(jì)劃。用中文或英文書(shū)寫(xiě),研究生不少于800字；
5. 推薦信。申請(qǐng)者須提交兩名教授或副教授的推薦信，用中文或英文書(shū)寫(xiě)；
6．《外國(guó)人體格檢查表》復(fù)印件。原件自行保存，此表格由中國(guó)衛(wèi)生檢疫部門(mén)統(tǒng)一印制，可登錄國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委網(wǎng)站http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina 或 http://www.campuschina.org 下載，須英文填寫(xiě)。申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照《外國(guó)人體格檢查表》中要求的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行檢查。缺項(xiàng)、未貼本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無(wú)醫(yī)師和醫(yī)院簽字蓋章的《外國(guó)人體格檢查表》無(wú)效。檢查結(jié)果有效期為6個(gè)月；
7.已獲得HSK成績(jī)報(bào)告的，請(qǐng)將復(fù)印件附在申請(qǐng)材料中。
以上材料請(qǐng)按上述順序在左上角裝訂成冊(cè)（一式兩冊(cè)）。無(wú)論錄取與否，申請(qǐng)材料均不返還。
七、錄取及通知
1.河北工業(yè)大學(xué)負(fù)責(zé)審核申請(qǐng)材料、確定錄取人選；
2.擬錄取人選經(jīng)國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委審核合格，即可獲得中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)；
3.每名獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者只能獲得一個(gè)中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目的資助，對(duì)于同時(shí)被多所高校錄取的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)人，國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委僅為其保留一所學(xué)校的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格；
4.國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委將于6月30日前將《錄取名單》《錄取通知書(shū)》和《外國(guó)留學(xué)人員來(lái)華簽證申請(qǐng)表》（JW201表）寄回錄取院校，由河北工業(yè)大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)交學(xué)生本人；
5.獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者來(lái)華后不得變更錄取院校、學(xué)習(xí)專(zhuān)業(yè)及學(xué)習(xí)期限；
6.不能按錄取期限來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)者，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格不予保留。

2019 Prospectus of Chinese Government Scholarship for Hebut
I． Supporting Categories, Duration and Instruction Language
1. Supporting Category
This scholarship only supports Doctor Degree students.
2. Catalogue of Majors
Mechanical Engineering、Power Engineering and Engineering Thermal Physics、Heating、Gas Supply、 Ventilating and Air Conditioning Engineering、Electrical Engineering、Biomedical Engineering、Chemical Engineering and Technology、Civil Engineering、Management Science and Engineering、Technology Economy and Management、Materials Science and Engineering、Electronic Science and Technology、Control Science and Engineering
3. Duration
3-4 academic years. The scholarship covers both major study and Chinese language/preparatory study, as specified in the Admission Letter.
4. Instruction Language
Scholarship students can register for either Chinese-taught program or English-taught program.
II． Scholarship Coverage

IV． Eligibility
1. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health
2. The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must: Be a master’s degree holder and no more than 40
3. Chinese-taught program: The applicants shall have HSK4 certificate with scores no less than 210.
4. English-taught program: No requirements for applicants’ Chinese. Applicants from non-English speaking countries shall take TOEFL with scores no less than 85 or IELTS no less than 6.0.
V. Application Procedure
1. Complete the online application procedure at CGS Information Management System for International Students (Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or http://www.campuschina.org and click “Application Online” to log in), submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, and print a hard copy.
2. Complete the online application procedure at Hebut Online Application System for International Students (Visit https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do ).
3. Submit all your application documents to Hebei University of Technology before the deadline.
VI. Application Documents (in duplicate)
1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (written in Chinese or English);
2. Notarized highest diploma;
Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
3. Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English);
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4. A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English);
This should be a minimum of 800 words for postgraduate program applicants
5. Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English);
Applicants for postgraduate program must submit two recommendation letters signed by professors or associate professors.
6. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy) (The original copy will be kept by yourself and the form is uniformly printed by Chinese healthy quarantine departments. It must be written in English and can be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or http://www.campuschina.org).
The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
7. The copy of valid HSK Certificate (if available).
All documents should be bound together on top left corner in order (You should submit TWO sets of bound documents). No application documents will be returned.
VII. Scholarship Confirmation
1. Hebei University of Technology reviews the application documents and decides the nominated candidates.
2. Nominated candidates will get Chinese Government Scholarships to study in China with approval of the CSC.
3. CSC reserves the rights to decide the host university for scholarship recipients with multiple offers. Each scholarship recipient—even when admitted by multiple universities—will be granted no more than one scholarship.
4. The CSC reviews eligibility and qualifications of nominated candidates, approves the List of Scholarship Recipients, and sends the admission documents to Hebut before June 30th. Hebut sends the admission documents (List of Scholarship Recipients, Admission Letter and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW201)) to scholarship recipients
5. Scholarship recipients shall not allowed to change their host university, field of study, or duration of study stipulated on the Admission Letter after their coming to China.
6. Scholarship will not be reserved if scholarship recipient cannot register before the registration deadline.
